My name is Sara Okereke and I am a licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. My primary focus is to work with individuals with substance use disorders. I obtained my Masters in Social Work from the University in Connecticut. I have worked with various populations since graduating from the University of Connecticut in 2012.

While working with individuals my primary focus is to provide continuous social support, substance abuse education and relapse prevention.

I am currently providing in-person sessions and I am available during the week after 4:30pm.
